Thank you for shopping with Nixely. This Shipping Policy explains our order processing times, shipping costs, delivery estimates, tracking procedures, and other important shipping information.

Shipping Destinations

Nixely currently ships to valid residential and commercial addresses within the United States.

We do not currently offer international shipping. We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, military addresses, or freight-forwarding locations.

Customers must provide a complete and accurate shipping address during checkout.

Shipping Cost

We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders within the United States.

No minimum purchase is required.

Additional shipping charges may apply when an order must be reshipped because of:

• An incorrect or incomplete shipping address

• A refused delivery

• Multiple failed delivery attempts

• A package returned to us by the carrier

Any applicable taxes will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully received and verified.

Our business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.

Order Cut-Off Time: 5:00 PM EST

Orders placed after 5:00 PM EST, on weekends, or on holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Processing may take longer during holidays, high-volume periods, severe weather, inventory verification, or payment review.

Estimated Delivery Time

After your order has been processed and shipped, delivery generally takes 5–8 business days.

• Processing Time: 1–3 business days

• Shipping Time: 5–8 business days

• Estimated Total Delivery Time: 6–11 business days

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary depending on the destination, carrier operations, weather conditions, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Carriers

Orders may be delivered through USPS, UPS, FedEx, or another reliable shipping carrier.

The carrier is selected based on the destination, package size, product type, and available delivery service.

Order Confirmation

After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email containing your order details.

Please review the confirmation carefully. Contact us immediately if your name, products, or shipping address is incorrect.

An order confirmation email confirms that we received your order. It does not mean the order has shipped.

Shipping Confirmation and Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number.

Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to become active after shipment.

Please check your spam, junk, or promotions folder if you cannot locate the shipping confirmation email.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information, including:

• Full name

• Street address

• Apartment or unit number

• City

• State

Nixely is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

Address Changes

To request an address change, contact us as soon as possible.

We will make a reasonable effort to update the address before the order enters processing or ships. Address changes cannot be guaranteed after fulfillment has started.

Once an order has shipped, we cannot change its delivery address.

Order Changes and Cancellations

Order changes or cancellation requests must be submitted within 24 hours of purchase.

Requests cannot be guaranteed after an order has entered processing.

An order cannot be cancelled after it has shipped. After delivery, the order will be handled according to our Return and Refund Policy.

Delivery Delays

Delivery delays may occur because of:

• Severe weather

• Natural disasters

• Federal holidays

• High seasonal demand

• Carrier service interruptions

• Transportation disruptions

• Incorrect shipping information

• Other circumstances beyond our control

Nixely is not responsible for carrier delays, but we will provide reasonable assistance when a shipment experiences an unexpected issue.

• Confirm the shipping address

• Check around the delivery location

• Ask household members or neighbors

• Check with your apartment office or reception desk

We will contact the carrier and request an investigation.
